Why attend
Every Benefits and HR leader is being asked the same question right now: what are we doing about AI?
The answers out there are either too hyped or too hypothetical. So we're doing something different.
We're bringing together two HR leaders who've moved past the talking phase and into real deployments, and asking them the questions you actually want answered: How did you pick where to start? How did you sell it to leadership? What did the rollout actually look like, and what would you do differently?
What you'll walk away with
- A framework for choosing a first AI use case
- Clarity on how to build your business case
- Steps for a successful rollout
Who should attend
Benefits, Total Rewards, HR and People leaders exploring or planning AI initiatives, as well as the benefits brokers and consultants supporting them.
