Benefits documents are notoriously complex: hundreds of pages of legal language, complex tables, embedded images, nested exceptions, and critical carve-outs buried in fine print. Generic AI struggles to parse them, leading to inaccurate responses. We built a specialized benefits document decoder to handle this reality.

Real-time response evaluation framework
0% hallucination tolerance is non-negotiable. Every response is evaluated in real time against proprietary accuracy and safety criteria and citation quality. Responses cite specific source sections, enabling HR teams to verify answers and maintain audit trails.
Human review of flagged responses
On the rare occasion that responses don't meet our quality criteria, they get flagged for human review after delivery. We then work with you to determine the appropriate next steps, which may include direct outreach to an affected employee if deemed necessary.

We use the most capable models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google rather than training our own.
