Seattle, WA - April 8, 2025 – Avante, the first AI-native employee benefits intelligence platform, today announced its public launch, providing employers with a dynamic approach to controlling rapidly rising employee benefits costs. With employer-sponsored health insurance spending projected to grow 10% in 2025—surpassing $1.7 trillion—Avante leverages AI-driven intelligence, HR automation, and real-time insights to align a company’s benefits investments with employee needs, driving cost savings, stronger utilization, and improved health outcomes.

Since beginning R&D in late 2023, Avante has been working closely with a small group of companies including Datavant, OneDigital, Real Chemistry, and Zscaler to refine the technology and significantly reduce benefits-related administrative workload. Early results show a 40% decrease in HR workload, a 7x increase in employee engagement compared to industry standards, and a path to 3% reduction in overall benefits program costs. In 2024, Avante raised $10 million in seed funding led by Fuse Venture Partners.
